Embark on a transformative journey with our high-level incubation and acceleration program, designed to propel your startup to new heights. With a duration of 400 full-time hours, our program offers unparalleled access to the best managers, consultants, and professors in Italy. Whether you prefer in-person engagement or live streaming, our program delivers exceptional value and expertise to nurture your entrepreneurial journey.

Empowering STEM startups to improve lives and ecosystem planet

Our main goal is to increase the success rate of science-based startups, significantly raising the quality standards of consulting and training with experts and aiming for a 1:1 ratio between consultants and incubated projects, so that they can truly benefit the lives of people, animals, and the entire ecosystem of the planet. We support pre-seed projects and startups and train founders through a 75-day, 480-hour acceleration program, during which managers, consultants, and professors, among the best in Italy and Europe, will guide you step by step out of the "Labyrinth of Small Unicorns." In the last week, during Investor Day, we will invest in the top 3 projects, allocating respectively €40k, €15k, and 5€k, for a total of €60,000, to those who have accumulated the most points during the startup battles throughout the program. To learn to fly like a "little unicorns"

Practical Training: The 129 hours of training are designed to offer a practical and action-oriented approach, allowing you to immediately apply what you have learned to your startup.

Personalized Coaching: Each learning module includes personalized coaching sessions to provide you with support and guidance on how to apply the new skills during the post-program phases.

To growth from pony to "little unicorns" and beyond

Consultation Areas:

Data Analysis, BI, and AI: We will harness the power of data to obtain valuable insights into the market, needs, target audience, trends, etc., enabling informed decision-making for the growth of your startup.

Programming: We will leverage cutting-edge technologies and programming skills to develop, modify, or implement solutions based on the above output, whether they are products or services of your startup.

UI/UX Design: We will create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience of your product or service. We will connect them to monitoring systems that will measure the quality of the changes made and repeat the process to continuously optimize the user experience.

Finance: We will optimize financial strategies and help you manage resources effectively to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of your startup.

Growth Hacking: We will implement "out-of-the-box" strategies to accelerate the growth trajectory of your startup, finding creative and innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and maximize growth opportunities.

Marketing: We will develop, implement, or modify impactful marketing campaigns to effectively reach the target audience, stimulate and increase engagement, increasing the visibility and involvement of your startup.

Communication: We will develop effective communication strategies to clearly and persuasively convey the values and objectives of your startup, improving dialogue with the audience and building lasting relationships.

Meet up with the best mentors to learn how to think like them

Join us for a week-long program in Silicon Valley where you'll:

• Explore tech giants and startup hubs.

• Engage in design thinking workshops.

• Receive mentorship from industry leaders.

• Participate in an innovation lab and pitch competition.

• Discover future trends and emerging technologies.

Eight battles to become the strongest "little unicorns"

8 startup battles will test the resilience of your product or service, simulating the stress it will undergo once on the market. Points will be assigned to each 'battle,' determining the final ranking. This will be the criterion for our final investments.

We invest in your pony so that it becomes a little unicorns

On the last day of the incubation program, there will be an Investor Day: during which you will have the opportunity to present your startup to O2F's team of investors, who will invest 40k, 15k, and 5k in the top 3 projects from the Call, as well as to external investors.
